Hokai Jeff Harper

Hokai Jeff Harper serves as practice leader for Atlantic Soto Zen in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He lives near Halifax with his wife and two kids, and teaches photojournalism at the University of King’s College’s School of Journalism. In his spare time he enjoys playing music, reading and the outdoors.
