Atlantic Soto Zen

Providing traditional Soto Zen instruction and practice for Atlantic Canadians since 1981.

We sit in the University of King’s College Chapel Monday nights during the school year at 7 p.m.. Instruction, zazen and kinhin are offered each week. Open to the public. We also offer a half-day Zazenkai once each term.
